Dieser Kuchen ist ausgesprochen fluffig, nicht zu süß und überhaupt rundum empfehlenswert. Das Rezept, gefunden auf der Essen und Trinken Webseite, ist eigentlich für eine 28 cm Kastenform vorgesehen.
