i think this is the easiest way to enjoy asparagus:</p>

<li>500g green asparagus</li>
<li>1 tbsp butter oil</li>
<li>2 tbsp lemon juice</li>
<li>salt and pepper to taste</li>
<li>3 tbsp toasted pine nuts</li>
<li>3 tbsp grated parmesan</li>
</ul>

<p>trim asparagus, heat butter oil in a large pan. cook asparagus until tender. when it is almost done, sprinkle with lemon juice and season with salt and black pepper. transfer to a plate, sprinkle with pine nuts and parmesan.</p>
<p>a few dashes of pumpkin seed oil will make it even better.</p>

<p>one item from our <a href="http://chocolateriver.de/meze">meze table</a>: mix in a bowl <strong>1/2 tsp sea salt</strong>, <strong>1/2 tsp black peppe</strong>r, <strong>1/2 tsp cumin</strong>, <strong>1/2 onion</strong>, finely diced, <strong>2 tbsp chopped and toasted pine nuts</strong>, <strong>2 tbsp chopped parsley</strong>, <strong>2 tbsp breadcrumbs,</strong> and <strong>one egg</strong>.  add <strong>250g minced meat</strong> and knead well. cut about <strong>150g feta cheese</strong> in little dices (1.5-2 cm edge length). form little meat balls around the cubes and fry in olive oil.</p>
